So I am scheduled for water physical therapy. I am on a medication to help with nerve pain. I go back to work on Saturday (tomorrow). Needless to say I am kinda stressed out, but glad to be on the right path.

I am starting my own business. When it's up and running I will post more about it. I am looking forward to this.

I hate dealing with Kaiser. I got the wrong number for outside referral. I was told to leave a message for my primary. His office called back and stated, we didn't refer you so we don't know where to send you. I had to call back to the member services so that they could give me the correct number. I called that and the lady said "I gave you that number yesterday." I said, "wait, I'm confused, I have never spoken with you." She said oh and gave me the number I needed. grrrr

As for the meds. I still have pain, not as extreme. Which is good. I am able to walk. yeah walking.
