The countdown is on for my nerve block. 13 more days. I am both nervous and excited. I am also happy to have found the exercise link that I had found.

My water therapy appts have been $20.00 per visit. Well come to find out, under my health insurance deductible plan, my visits should have totaled $70.00 per visit. For my visits to date I owe the therapy people $400.00 now. Needless to say, they will be getting small payments per month and my visits are now over. I only had 4 left, but I could have benefited from it. Plus it would cost another 280.00. That is money I do NOT have.
